General
- Application: These Terms & Conditions apply to all Services provided by iLux Wheels to Customers.
- Relationship: These Terms & Conditions embody the complete relationship between the Company and its Customers, superseding any prior terms.
- Binding Agreement: By using our Services, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
Customer Obligations
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information for bookings.
- Payment for the Services, including any additional charges, must be completed as agreed.
- The Customer is responsible for any damages caused during the use of Services.
Company Obligations
- iLux Wheels agrees to provide the chauffeur services as booked by Customers in accordance with all applicable laws.
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure the vehicle arrives on time and reaches the destination promptly.
- The Company may refuse a booking or discontinue service provision under lawful grounds.
Charges and Payments
- Fares: Determined by the journey booked and any additional services requested.
- Additional Charges: May include but are not limited to parking fees, tolls, and charges for significant alterations to the service or route requested by the Customer.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid charges.
Rights and Responsibilities
- The Company maintains the right to change terms or withdraw Services under specific conditions.
- Customers have rights under UK consumer law regarding service quality and can seek recourse if iLux Wheels does not meet these standards.
Force Majeure
iLux Wheels is not liable for delays or failure in service due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, or public emergencies.
Data Protection
- iLux Wheels commits to protecting Customer data in accordance with GDPR.
- Customer information will only be used to provide requested services and improve service offerings.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
